Founded by passionate photographers, birders, and trekkers who are also avid travelers and nature enthusiasts, the team brings over 15 years of firsthand experience exploring Tanzania. Their love for birdwatching, wildlife photography, and venturing into remote, untamed areas inspires them to share the beauty and spirit of their motherland with the world.
"Nungunungu" is the Swahili word for porcupine. This is a rare, unique, and hardy animal whose quills keep it safe. It does more than just protect itself; it also plays important roles in keeping ecosystems healthy. We embody its spirit through Authenticity, Ethics, and sustainability.
